[Arashi] MYOJO March 2008 - MatsuJun
Poor MatsuJun is such a busy person... I do hope he can find the time to have a dog soon, 'cause I think that's the only thing stopping him right now. >:
p. 82
JUN MATSUMOTO
When I open the door, my beloved dog is waiting... that sort of lifestyle is the ideal I have now.
Matsumoto Jun
Q. Last night, what did you do?
After work was over, I went home, and for some reason I couldn't sleep. I was watching TV the entire time.
Q. This morning, what time did you wake up?
This morning it was 9am. When I have an early morning because of movie filming, there are times when I get up at 4 or 5am, so yesterday I surprisingly managed to have a good sleep.
Q. The first thing you did upon waking up.
I stopped the alarm on my cellphone.
Q. The time it takes before you leave the house?
About 1 hour I guess.
Q. Lately, something that you've smiled at, that you've laughed at.
When I got on a train, and coincidentally met a friend! Usually, I don't ride the train much so, to meet a friend when I rode it after a long time, that was really shocking (laughs).
Q. Lately, something you had fun with.
It's been a while, but I went to a friend's birthday party. Because the next day was a free day, I could drink alcohol without a care for the following day.
Q. Lately, something that that made you happy.
(After thinking for a while) ... nothing really.
Q. Lately, something that made you angry, that made you frustrated.
Nothing really.
Q. Lately, something that made you sad, something that caused you pain.
Nothing really... my emotions are shaken in acting but, in private, there really isn't anything.
Q. Lately, something embarrassing.
When we appeared for the year-end "FNS Popular Song Festival", I was so embarrassed when our old Arashi videos came out, that I was a little displeased (laughs). That sure was awkward...
Q. Lately, something that touched you.
I went to watch Noda Juri-san's stage play NODA MAP's "Kiru". It was amazing!
Q. Lately, something that hurt.
I finally went to the gym that I haven't been to since last January. To the point that the people in the gym told me, "Uwa-- it's been a while--", I couldn't lift the weight that I could easily lift before at all, and I was laughed at a little bit. When I got pissed and forced my body to move, the muscle ache refused to heal (laughs).
Q. Your latest troubles.
I haven't really cleaned up my room.
Q. Your latest off-day.
I don't really have those.
Q. Something you bought lately.
A hat, T-shirts and underwear.
Q. Lately, the item you'll definitely carry around with you.
I'm constantly carrying my cellphone, keys, and my wallet.
Q. About how much money do you have in your possession today?
Today... I have about 3,000,000 yen I think? (laughs)
Q. Lately, an item you're obsessed with, or an incident.
The game "Daifugou". * That's a trend within myself. Because it's in my cellphone, I play it while I'm traveling. Well, I'm already a huge millionaire** though huh? (laughs)
Q. Lately, a delicious meal you had.
I've been eating quite a bit. I've been eating stir-fry, Shanghai crab, and the horse sashimi that I ate at the recording for Kyuushuu was delicious too. ♥
Q. Something that you want to eat the most.
Nothing special really.
Q. Lately, an interesting book, manga.
"VAGABOND". Because the latest volume is out.
Q. Lately, music that you like.
I'm listening to BUMP OF CHICKEN. Starting with their single called "supernova" that came out about 2 years ago, I've been curious about them.
Q. Lately, an interesting movie, DVD.
I've been carrying around my portable DVD player as always, I just use it to listen to CD sometimes so I don't really watch things. There really isn't anything I can recommend.
Q. Lately, a program you found interesting.
"OJISANZU11".*** It sure is interesting huh.
Lately, an incident or a piece of news that you're concerned about.
Akanishi returning home. Yesterday, it was the first time I met him since he came back. When I was having a photoshoot he came to greet me, and when I asked, "Ohh, when did you return?", that guy said, "Yesterday" so, that's recent news right?
Q. Lately, a person you want to meet.
No one.
Q. Now, the item you want most.
Before this, I had a photoshoot together with a dog but, it was cute! If I'm going to raise one, a small dog or a big dog will do. If I start raising one, then I definitely won't leave the house more than I don't now. Also, a shredder for getting rid of materials.
Q. Now, something that you want to try, that you want to start.
A life with a dog. I'd like to try living with a living thing you know. I want something that will come and greet me at the porch, when I return home after work is over. A cat is fine too. Even if it doesn't come to greet me, once I enter the room, it'll be there for me after all. Instead of a plant, a breathing animal will be good. ... that seems so lonely somehow! (laughs)
Q. Now, something you want to throw away.
The work materials that just keep piling up. Papers and videos, the number is so great that I can't really throw them away.
Q. Now, something you want to stop.
Nothing really.
Q. Today, when you go home, what do you plan to do?
Probably "Daifugou" on the cellphone I think? (laughs)
Q. About how many minutes, do you take a bath?
Sometimes when I use the bathtub, it's about 20 ~ 30 minutes if it's long. If it's just a shower, then it's a lot faster.
Q. When you enter the bath, where do you start washing from?
From my head.
Q. Lately, is there something you definitely do before you sleep?
There really isn't anything that I definitely do. The one that I do sometimes is, drink water, put on music, or burn aroma scents.
Q. The way you look when you sleep lately.
Jersey and a T-shirt.
Q. A dream you had lately.
A dream where my usually good-natured manager suddenly got angry, and charged at me. I don't know what it was about but, she was saying "WA--" at me, and I just listened with a "Hmm~" without having any reaction... (laughs) It doesn't make sense.
* Daifugou - a trump game that involves the Joker as the strongest card
** Daifugou also means 'huge millionaire'
*** sounds like an english plural for ojisan
